Early in September I complained about how far off my goals I was and indicated I needed to get back online. Well, getting back to work is not as easy as saying you are going to do it but, I did make an effort if nothing else. It is important to keep in mind that during July and August my work load (or lack thereof) was pathetic to say the least. However, I finally did get myself in something of a gear in September and actually was able to get a few things accomplished. Now the fact is that I’m no where near where I need to be but, I do feel better about things than I did at the beginning of the month. So here is what I was actually able to get done.
- Blogs – I only posted twice on this blog in the month and while that is not ideal, it was far better than what I’d done the last couple of months prior to that. So, the goal will be to add at least one or two additional posts this month (October) and hope that I can stick to that
- Writer Access – In August, I only managed to get 12 pieces done on WA for the month. September was a significant improvement with 25 articles completed. That is two times as many and probably one of the highest months in terms of how much I got done in a month so I’m fairly happy with that
- Blogmutt – My original goal was 2-3 per day but I should have known that was too good to be true. You don’t start off from one post in July and one post in August to doing 60 – 90 pieces on the same site. However, I did manage to get 10 posts done in September so life is not awful. The goal this month (October) will be to at least double that
- MechanicalTurk – I did get these posts done over the month at levels I’m comfortable with.
It is important to keep in mind that this was not the only work I did through the month. I had a private client I did 10 blog posts for and another client I did 10 articles for so the month wasn’t completely wasted. Onward and upward and let’s see how October goes! How was your month? Did you meet your goals?
